'Picture This' is an exhibition aimed at showcasing the work of postgraduate research students, at Newcastle University, outside of traditional academic formats. The focus of this was to deliver artwork which clearly communicates complex research topics in simple formats. In order to achieve this, the students engaged with a series of science communication workshops led by Infohackit to support the process of turning data and theories into visual images. This work culminated in an exhibition during a festival in June which had over 1200 visitors in 3 hours.
